Returns & Refunds

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Returns must be requested within the return window from delivery. Items showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and other intimate apparel for both men and women are not eligible for return or exchange.

To start a return, simply go to your order history, select the item, and follow the return instructions provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Timelines may vary due to courier services, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is processed, we’re unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure accuracy.

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We’ll assist you right away.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may request a return if the item qualifies.

Orders already shipped are non-cancellable. Any exceptions will be noted at checkout or on product pages.  

At the moment, we only accept one payment method per transaction. For a quicker checkout, we suggest using your preferred payment option.

Once your cancellation request has been successfully processed, you will be notified via a popup notification.
